County and municipal government services affect our everyday life. Hillsborough County Commissioner Harry Cohen, former Tampa City Councilman and current chair of Tampa Bay Water (the region’s water authority), will discuss the challenges of providing infrastructure and managing growth in our rapidly changing community. We will discuss storm and wastewater management, public safety, funding for arts and culture, transportation, resilience and coastal challenges, among other topics.
